Important Safety Notice

Due to the nature of refrigerant gases (hazardous materials under US DOT regulations), all returns are subject to strict safety and traceability conditions. Please read this policy in full before initiating a return.

Cylinder Deposit Returns

All refillable cylinders carry a refundable deposit charged at the time of your order. To receive your full deposit refund, empty cylinders must be returned under the following conditions:

Within 90 days of delivery date

Condition Required

Cylinder undamaged, valve intact, completely empty

Refund Amount

Full deposit refunded — no deductions

Refund Timeline

Processed within 10 business days after receipt & inspection

How to Return Your Cylinders

Follow these steps to initiate a cylinder return. A Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number is required for all returns.

Contact Our Returns Team

Email soporte@todogas.shop or call +1 608 957 4596 (Mon–Fri, 9 AM – 6 PM CT) to request a return.

Receive Your RMA Number

We will issue you a Return Merchandise Authorization number. This number is required — returns without an RMA will not be accepted.

Prepare Your Cylinders

Ensure cylinders are completely empty, valves are closed and intact. Label the package with your RMA number.

Schedule a UPS Pickup

Our team will coordinate a UPS pickup from your location. You will receive a prepaid return shipping label via email at no cost to you.

Defective Products or Wrong Items

If you receive a defective product, damaged item, or the wrong product was shipped, we will make it right — at no cost to you.

Act within 48 hours of delivery. You must contact us within 48 hours of receiving your order to report damage, defects, or incorrect items. Claims submitted after this window may not be eligible.

Non-Returnable Items

For safety and regulatory reasons, the following items cannot be returned:

Opened or partially used refrigerant cylinders

Products damaged due to misuse, mishandling, or improper storage

Cylinders with missing, damaged, or tampered valves

Returns requested more than 90 days after delivery

Returns without a valid RMA number issued by TodoGas

Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you by email and process your refund promptly.

Same payment method: Refunds are always issued to the original payment method used at checkout (credit/debit card, PayPal, or bank transfer). We do not issue refunds in cash or by check.
