Orders

Do I need a certification or license to place an order?
No certification is required to order from TodoGas. We've made the purchase process straightforward for both HVAC professionals and business owners. Simply add products to your cart and check out — no paperwork needed.
How do I place an order?
Browse our catalog, add your items to the cart, and proceed to checkout. You can also reach us by phone at +1 608 957 4596 or via WhatsApp if you need help placing a bulk or custom order.
Can I place a bulk or wholesale order?
Absolutely. We work with HVAC contractors, distributors, and large facilities across the US. Contact us directly for volume pricing and dedicated account management. We offer competitive wholesale rates with flexible shipping options.
Can I modify or cancel my order after placing it?
Orders can be modified or cancelled within 1 hour of placement, as long as they haven't been dispatched yet. Please contact our support team immediately at soporte@todogas.shop or call us for urgent changes.

Shipping

How long does shipping take?
Most orders ship within 1–3 business days via UPS. Standard delivery across the contiguous US typically takes 3–7 business days from the ship date. Expedited options are available at checkout for faster delivery.
Do you ship to all US states?
Yes, we ship to all 50 US states. Delivery times may vary for Alaska and Hawaii. Hazmat shipping regulations may apply to certain refrigerant products — we handle all required documentation on your behalf.
Can you deliver to a job site or warehouse?
Yes. We can ship directly to job sites, warehouses, or commercial locations. Just enter the delivery address at checkout. Make sure someone is available at the destination to sign for the package upon arrival.
How do I track my order?
As soon as your order ships, you'll receive a confirmation email with a UPS tracking number. Track your package in real time at ups.com/track. You can also contact us and we'll look it up for you.
Is there free shipping?
Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on order weight, size, and destination. For large or recurring orders, contact us for custom freight pricing — we offer competitive rates for volume buyers.

Products & Cylinders

Are your refrigerants EPA-certified and compliant?
Yes. All our refrigerants are EPA-compliant and meet US DOT regulations for hazardous materials. Every product ships with its Safety Data Sheet (SDS). We only source from verified, certified manufacturers.
What types of refrigerants do you carry?
We stock a wide range including R-22, R-134a, R-404A, R-410A, R-32, R-407C, R-507, and more. If you're looking for a specific refrigerant not listed on the site, reach out — we can often source it for you.
How does the cylinder deposit work?
Gas cylinders are sold with a refundable deposit. The deposit amount is displayed at checkout and will be fully refunded when you return the empty cylinder in good condition. This ensures safe and environmentally responsible handling.
How do I return empty cylinders?
Contact our customer support to arrange a cylinder pickup. We'll coordinate with UPS to collect the empty cylinders from your address. Once received and inspected, your deposit refund is processed within 5–7 business days.

What payment methods do you accept?
We accept all major credit and debit cards including Visa, Mastercard, and American Express. All transactions are protected with 256-bit SSL encryption. We do not store your card details.
Is my payment information secure?

Do you offer invoicing for business accounts?

Returns & Refunds

What is your return policy?
We accept returns on unopened, undamaged products within 30 days of delivery. Due to the nature of refrigerant products, opened cylinders cannot be returned unless they arrived defective. Contact us to initiate a return.
What if my order arrives damaged?
If your order arrives damaged or incorrect, contact us within 48 hours with photos of the damage. We'll arrange a free replacement or full refund — no hassle, no questions asked. Your satisfaction is our priority.
How long does a refund take?
Once your return is received and inspected, refunds are processed within 5–7 business days back to your original payment method. You'll receive an email confirmation when the refund is issued.
