By placing an order on todogas.shop, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agreed to be bound by these Terms and Conditions in their entirety. If you do not agree, please do not use our services.
These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") govern the contractual relationship between TodoGas ("we," "us," or "our") and any customer ("you") who purchases refrigerant gases or related products through our website todogas.shop. These Terms apply to all orders placed by individuals and licensed HVAC professionals in the United States.
TodoGas supplies EPA-compliant refrigerant gases (including R-32, R-410A, R-134a, R-404A, R-22, and others) for use in HVAC/R systems. All products are sold in original manufacturer packaging and comply with applicable US federal and state regulations, including EPA Section 608 of the Clean Air Act.
⚠️ Regulatory Notice
Certain refrigerants (e.g., R-22) require an EPA Section 608 technician certification to purchase. By ordering regulated refrigerants, you certify that you hold the required credentials.
All prices are listed in US Dollars (USD) and include the product price and applicable cylinder deposit where applicable. Prices are exclusive of sales tax unless otherwise stated.
TodoGas reserves the right to update prices at any time without prior notice. The price confirmed at checkout is the final binding price for that order.
Placing an order on todogas.shop constitutes your unconditional acceptance of these Terms. Orders may be placed through our website or by contacting our support team.
An order confirmation email will be sent once your order is received. This email does not constitute final acceptance — your order is confirmed upon shipment.
TodoGas reserves the right to refuse or cancel any order at its sole discretion, including orders that appear fraudulent or violate regulatory requirements.
Payment is due in full at the time of order. We accept the following methods:

All transactions are secured via PCI-DSS compliant payment processing. TodoGas does not store your full card details. In case of a failed or disputed payment, your order will be held until payment is resolved.
Orders are shipped via UPS to all 50 US states. Processing takes 1–3 business days. Standard delivery is 3–7 business days from ship date. Full details are available in our Shipping Policy.
Some products are shipped in refillable cylinders that carry a refundable deposit. The deposit amount is clearly shown at checkout and will be refunded upon return of the empty cylinder in good condition.

All products sold by TodoGas carry standard manufacturer warranties. If you receive a defective or incorrect product, contact us within 48 hours of delivery to initiate a return or replacement.
TodoGas shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our products. The customer agrees to handle all refrigerant products in accordance with applicable EPA regulations, DOT transport rules, and OSHA safety standards.
Your personal data (name, address, email, payment information) is collected solely to process and fulfill your order. We do not sell your data to third parties. All data is handled in accordance with our Privacy Policy and applicable US privacy laws (including CCPA where applicable).
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Wisconsin, United States, without regard to conflict of law principles. In the event of a dispute, the parties agree to first attempt resolution in good faith through direct communication.
